UX DESIGNER (2021)
SIZE CHARTS
madewellMadewell’s size charts presented an opportunity to better support customers as the brand prepared to launch an extended size range. What began as a visual update evolved into a cross-functional effort with the technical design team to audit sizing data and rethink how the experience could feel more inclusive and intuitive.
Through customer research and two weeks of guerrilla testing, I redesigned the “how to measure” guidance to represent a range of body types, advocated for unified size ranges to avoid separation, and increased the visibility and accessibility of size charts as part of a broader PDP redesign. The resulting improvements helped customers find their correct size more confidently, contributing an estimated $25M in incremental annual revenue through reduced returns and increased conversion.
